The Postcon Project

Terms & Conditions

Postcon premises are all and any premises used by Postcon as a venue for its courses, workshops or other classes, seminars and educational presentations, during the duration of said courses.

Student or The Student or Participant or The Participant is a person that has been admitted for course, workshop, seminar or any other formal educational Postcon programme.

Acceptance of a person as a student is at the absolute discretion of Postcon. Postcon reserves the right to expel or suspend from the course and/or course premises any Student whose conduct is or may, in Postcon’s absolute discretion, be injurious to the deployment of the courses, injurious to other students, and/or where such expulsion is in the interests of the other students. Any Student so expelled will immediately cease to be a Student of Postcon and will not be entitled to any refund.

Students are required to give notice to Postcon of any change of home address, email address or contact phone number. Failing such notice, all communications will be assumed as received by the student within five days of email sent or mailing to the last given address.

Any educational, intellectual, and design materials, including but not limited to course descriptions, timetables, course structures, logos, produced by Postcon and which are made available to Students at Postcon's programmes, venues, websites or published material, will at all times remain the property of Postcon and will be subject to Postcon’s copyright.

Students may not attend any course or workshop provided by Postcon without agreeing to the present T&C and paying the relevant fees. Deposit payments for courses and/or workshops in any amount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If a Course or Workshop is paid for and only partly used, there will be no refund for the remaining classes or days.

Students must notify Postcon of any circumstances affecting their physical and/or mental health which:

  1. May be aggravated through participation in the courses or workshops
  2. May put other students at risk
  3. Requires constant medication

This will prepare Postcon for any eventual need for assistance. The above information is private and confidential and will not be disclosed without the Student’s consent to other Students or any parties outside Postcon except in medical emergencies to the relevant medical authorities or professionals. Failure to notify Postcon of any such circumstances will be considered as a breech of the present T&C and will constitute ground for immediate termination without any refund, of the course, workshop or any other programme provided by Postcon to said student.

Smoking is forbidden in Postcon premises except on designated areas.

Postcon reserves the right to make alterations to its academic material, including but not exclusive to course and workshop structure and contents, timetables and course descriptions, course pricing and website content.

Postcon does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to personal items brought to Postcon premises by the students.
